Stuck with an AI-built application?
Get it moving again.

If a prototype built using AI coding tools has errors, missing features or deployment problems, we review the code, identify priorities and help deliver the next working version. A complete rebuild is not the default.

Review the code. Fix the blockers. Plan the release.

  • Code review & debugging
  • Data & connected systems
  • Testing & release setup
  • Domains & hosting

01 / The service

Move beyond the demo.
Know what comes next.

For founders, business owners and small teams whose AI-built project is not ready for everyday use. You do not need to understand the code to ask for help.

Founders & solo builders

Bring an early product, unfinished features or a blocker you cannot resolve through prompts alone.

Developers & small teams

Get a second pair of experienced eyes on the code, complete missing steps and understand what needs checking before launch.

Agencies & design partners

Get specialist help with an AI-built client project, including delivery under your own brand with responsibilities agreed.

02 / Practical support

Understand the blockers.
Finish the missing pieces.

Find and fix the underlying problem

Find out why the app breaks or behaves unpredictably. Get clear priorities for fixes, features and changes to how the software is organised, keeping the parts that work.

Complete the features people need

Complete the journeys a prototype leaves unfinished: accounts, data storage and connections to other services. Include permissions, backups and failure behaviour in the work that needs checking.

Check security and slow performance

Check for exposed passwords or API keys and unsafe handling of customer data. Investigate slow behaviour and make errors easier to diagnose without recording secrets or unnecessary personal information.

Prepare the app to go live

Set up hosting, domain settings (DNS) and security certificates (SSL) where required. Git tracks code changes; CI/CD automates testing and releases. Agree which setup, launch, recovery and support work your app needs.

03 / Working with your code

Keep what works.
Fix what holds you back.

Tell us what you used to build the app and show us what goes wrong. If you do not know the technology, start with what you see. Code access can be arranged securely later.

Inspect before changing

Work with the technology already in place and retain the parts that work. We explain the evidence before recommending a larger rebuild.

Agree the scope

Agree what to fix first, the access needed and how we will judge whether the change works. Discuss larger changes before expanding the work.

Make the limits clear

Document checks, remaining risks and environment-specific validation. Security and production readiness depend on an appropriate assessment.

04 / Delivery approach

From code review
to a release decision.

  1. Review

Review the app, who it is for and the problems stopping progress.

  2. Prioritise

Agree the most useful fixes and how to check they work.

  3. Implement & test

Fix the agreed problems and test what happens when things go wrong.

  4. Prepare & support

Prepare the launch setup and a way to reverse changes, with support responsibilities agreed.

05 / Your questions

Working with your code.
Your questions answered.

How much will it cost?

Pricing depends on the condition of the app, the fixes or features needed and the checks required before launch. We review those requirements and agree the scope before pricing the work.

Will you need to rebuild my project?

Not necessarily. A review establishes what works and whether focused improvements or a larger change are justified. A rebuild is not the default.

Can you help with code from AI build tools?

Yes. We can review AI-assisted code from Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable, Bolt or similar tools. Tell us which tool you used and what is not working; we can arrange code access separately and agree the review scope.

How do you assess release readiness?

We review the relevant code, configuration, security and user journeys against an agreed testing scope. You get a clear account of what was checked and what remains unresolved, so the release decision is informed. No review can guarantee the absence of defects.

Can deployment and infrastructure be included?

Yes. We can scope hosting, domain settings, security certificates and automatic testing and releases. We agree the access and responsibilities before making changes.

What should I include in an enquiry?

Tell us what you built, which tools you used if you know, and where you are stuck. A website link or non-sensitive error message helps. Do not send passwords, API keys or customer data.

Can you support an agency project?

Yes. We can deliver under your agency’s brand, with scope, confidentiality and client communication agreed in advance.

06 / Let’s talk

Let’s work through
the next step.

Tell us what you have built, where you are stuck and what you need to achieve next.

No complete technical brief needed. We’ll review your enquiry and reply with practical next steps.
