- Up to 2 additional hours of development time each month, separate from Growth's up to 2 hours of fixes
- Written replies on the same working day
Plans run monthly, with 30 days' notice to cancel. Included hours are for the month they belong to and do not roll over.
02 / What is separate
Care is not a rebuild. New work is scoped separately.
New builds, large features and redesigns are quoted separately in writing. Work beyond the included hours is agreed before it starts. Care plans need the site to be hosted with DevifyHub, so backups and restores stay under our control. Hosting is priced separately, and Shopify stores are scoped individually.
03 / Hosting
Flat hosting. Kept simple.
Basic hosting from £5.99/month, managed by DevifyHub. Larger or more complex sites, such as busy WooCommerce stores, are hosted on a managed platform chosen to suit the site and quoted individually. Hosting keeps the site online. It does not include maintenance, content changes, plugin updates, fixes or development. Care plans need hosting with DevifyHub so we can take and restore backups.

How much does it cost?
Care plans are £99, £249 or £499 a month. Hosting is separate, from £5.99/month. The plan for your site is confirmed in writing before onboarding.
Which plan do I need?
Essential suits simple sites that need to stay updated and backed up. Growth suits WooCommerce stores and sites where updates must be tested first. Pro suits sites that also need regular development work.
Is hosting included?
No. Hosting is priced separately, from £5.99/month. Care plans need the site to be hosted with DevifyHub, so we can take and restore backups.
Can you look after a site hosted elsewhere?
Care plans need hosting with DevifyHub. We can review the site and arrange a move first. Migration work is scoped separately.
Do care plans cover Shopify?
Shopify stores are scoped individually. Tell us what you need and we reply in writing with a quote.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Plans run monthly, with 30 days' notice to cancel.
What happens to unused hours?
They do not roll over. Included hours are for the month they belong to.
Can you take over from another developer?
Yes. We review the site first, then say what can be maintained and what needs attention.
What if the site has existing problems?
We list them in the review. Larger fixes are scoped separately before the plan begins.
Should I send login details with my enquiry?
No. A website address and a short description are enough. Any access is arranged separately after the plan is agreed.
