A qualifying new project
DevifyHub must accept the introduction in writing. The introduced prospect must sign a project contract within 180 days of the accepted introduction. Existing clients and leads already in our active sales pipeline before the introduction do not qualify.
7% Warm Introduction commission
Participation and commissions require written acceptance and agreed referral terms. We confirm the commission calculation and applicable payment arrangements in those terms before you begin.
Payment after cleared funds
Commission is paid within 14 calendar days after DevifyHub receives cleared client payment, subject to the agreed terms. Refunds and payment defaults are addressed in those terms. Earnings are not guaranteed.
Project referrals
Commission on standalone hosting subscriptions or ongoing retainers is not automatically included. Any such arrangement would need to be expressly agreed in writing.

Yes. Enquiries are welcome from individuals and businesses worldwide. Participation is subject to DevifyHub’s written acceptance and referral terms agreed with you.
Do I need to sell or manage the project?
No. For this Warm Introduction route, DevifyHub handles discovery, proposals, closing and project delivery. Your role is to make a relevant introduction with permission.
Should I send someone’s contact details now?
Start by telling us about yourself and your interest in the programme. Agree terms with us first, and obtain the prospect’s permission before sharing their details or introducing them.
When do I qualify for commission?
The introduction must be accepted in writing, involve a qualifying new prospect and lead to a signed project contract within 180 days. Commission depends on cleared client payment and the agreed referral terms; an introduction alone does not guarantee earnings.
