Last updated: 19 October 2026
Who we are
Devifyhub Ltd (trading as DevifyHub) is responsible for the personal information described in this notice.
Contact address: 400 Pavilion Drive, Victory House, Northampton Business Park, Northampton, Northamptonshire, NN4 7PA, United Kingdom.
Email: [email protected]
Website: https://devifyhub.com/
This notice covers visits to our marketing website, development and support enquiries, care-plan or hosting enquiries, agency conversations and referral enquiries. Recruitment applications may be subject to separate applicant privacy information provided through our Careers pages.
What information we receive
When you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, business or website information, the service you are interested in, project stage, indicative budget, website address and anything you choose to write in your enquiry. We also keep the correspondence needed to discuss a project, provide a quotation or manage a working relationship.
If someone introduces you to DevifyHub as a potential client, we may receive your name, professional contact information and information about the potential work from that person. We expect introductions to be made with the prospective client's permission.
Our website provider may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and security or request logs so the website and enquiry forms can operate securely.
Please do not send passwords, access credentials, card information or sensitive personal details through an enquiry form. If project access is needed, we will arrange it separately.
How we use information and our legal bases
We use this information to:
- Respond to an enquiry and prepare a requested proposal. When you are considering a contract with us personally, this may be necessary to take steps at your request before entering that contract. For business-to-business enquiries, we normally rely on our legitimate interests in responding to relevant business requests and managing potential professional relationships.
- Deliver and support agreed services. We process relevant information to perform a contract where that basis applies, or to manage a business relationship under our legitimate interests where appropriate.
- Protect the website and our communications. We rely on our legitimate interests in preventing abuse, investigating incidents and maintaining reliable systems.
- Meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. We use information where required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We do not automatically add people to marketing mailing lists simply because they send an enquiry. Any separate direct marketing must follow the applicable law and preferences.
Who may receive information
We share relevant information only where needed for the purposes above. This may include authorised DevifyHub team members, contracted delivery partners working with appropriate confidentiality arrangements, hosting and communications providers, and professional advisers or authorities when necessary.
Our website enquiry forms use Netlify Forms to receive and store submissions. We use business email services to receive and respond to correspondence, and we may keep relevant messages in our working records. Netlify can also send form notifications by email when configured to do so.
We do not sell personal information submitted through our enquiry channels.
Processing outside the UK
Some technology and communication providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where a transfer is restricted under UK data-protection law, we use an applicable lawful mechanism, such as UK adequacy regulations or appropriate contractual safeguards. You can contact us for information about relevant international-transfer protections.
How long we keep information
General enquiries that do not lead to a project: We retain relevant enquiry information and correspondence for up to 12 months after the last substantive contact, unless a particular legal or operational reason justifies a different period.
Client and contractual records: If we work together, we keep relevant project, financial and contractual records for as long as necessary to deliver the work and meet applicable legal, tax and record-keeping obligations.
Technical records: Hosting, security and service providers may retain technical logs according to their applicable operational retention periods.
We review information and remove records that are no longer needed, subject to lawful requirements. Where relevant, this includes copies held in Netlify Forms and our email system.
Website appearance preference
The website provides System, Light and Dark appearance options. If you select Light or Dark, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the site can remember it. Selecting System removes the saved preference and follows your device setting. This preference is used for display, not to build an advertising profile.
Other cookies or storage technologies, if used by services connected to the site, are subject to the applicable rules on notice and consent or exemptions. Any non-essential tracking introduced in the future must be reviewed and disclosed appropriately.
Your rights
UK data-protection law gives you rights that may include access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, subject to the applicable conditions and exceptions.
You can object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Where processing depends on consent, you can withdraw that consent for the relevant activity.
To exercise your rights or ask us a privacy question, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office: https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/ .
Automated decisions
We do not use general website enquiries to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.
